Agreement to Terms

1. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms and conditions, do not use our platform.

Use of the Platform

1. Our platform connects small-scale farmers with consumers and distributors to improve food security and reduce food waste. Farmers can list their products, and consumers and distributors can find local farmers and purchase fresh, locally sourced produce. The platform also offers resources such as training programs, financing options, and marketing support to help small-scale farmers increase their productivity and profitability. Participants at the hackathon may incorporate additional features such as real-time inventory management, crop forecasting, and supply chain optimization tools.

Eligibility

1. To use our platform, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

User Account

1. To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password.

User Conduct

1. You agree to use our platform for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit anyone else's use of the platform. You also agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

Intellectual Property

1. All content on our platform, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Harvest App or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

1. Our platform is provided "as is" without any warranties or representations of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information on our platform.

Limitation of Liability

1. Harvest App shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our platform.

Indemnification

1. You agree to indemnify and hold Harvest App and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these terms and conditions.

Termination

1. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our platform at any time for any reason without notice.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

1. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Harvest App is incorporated, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be resolved exclusively through the courts located in that jurisdiction.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

1. We reserve the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Your continued use of our platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
